What’s New at YouEx.ai: Bigger Integrations, Smarter Outreach, a Sharper CRM

This release is a big one. We’ve expanded where YouEx.ai plugs into your stack, brought Outlook scheduling all the way to parity with Google, taught the web agent to speak your customers’ language, and gave the CRM a meaningful UI uplift. Here’s everything that’s new.

Connect YouEx.ai to everything: ChatGPT App, Claude MCP + Zapier

The YouEx.ai ChatGPT App is now live! You can bring YouEx.ai directly into your OpenAI workflows, putting your leads, research, and outreach right where you’re already working.

This builds on the MCP integration YouEx.ai already offers for clients like Anthropic Claude. The same leads, research, and CRM actions you can drive from Claude are now available inside ChatGPT, so whichever assistant your team prefers, YouEx.ai meets you there. One CRM, one source of truth, available across the AI tools you already use every day.

We also shipped a Zapier integration. That means YouEx.ai now connects to thousands of apps with no engineering required. Trigger workflows, sync records, and automate hand-offs between YouEx.ai and the rest of your toolset in a few clicks. We published some Zapier templates here to help you get started.

Together, these two open YouEx.ai up to your whole stack,whether you live in OpenAI, in Zapier’s ecosystem, or both.

Outlook email and calendar scheduling is now at full parity with Google

If you run your business on the Microsoft stack, this one’s for you. Outlook Email and Calendar scheduling is now fully at parity with our Google Email and Calendar experience. Everything you could do scheduling through Gmail and Google Calendar, you can now do through Outlook, with the same flows and the same reliability.

And when Outlook is connected, YouEx.ai automatically generates Microsoft Teams meeting links for booked meetings, just like it generates Google Meet links on the Google side. No copy-paste, no manual setup. You get the right meeting link for the calendar you’re on.

A web agent that speaks your customer’s language

We rolled out full multi-lingual support for the web agent. Your prospects can now engage with YouEx.ai in their own language, and the agent meets them there — opening the door to markets and conversations that an English-only experience left on the table.

The best sellers don’t just work a contact. They understand how a company actually fits together: who reports to whom, where the real influence sits, which peers shape a decision long before it’s made. A single name on an account is a foothold. The org chart around it is the deal.

The new Search Contacts capability brings that picture into YouEx.ai. Start from one lead and surface the other people who matter at that company: the decision-makers above them, the influential peers beside them, and the stakeholders who quietly move a deal forward. With built-in contact enrichment, you get verified, usable contact details, not just names.

The result: a single opportunity becomes a full buying-committee play, and your team sells to the whole org the way the strongest reps already do.

Smarter automated outreach, by playbook and by lead source

We significantly expanded automated email drafting and sending. YouEx.ai can now draft and/or send different emails based on the playbook and the lead source. An inbound email lead and a public-chat lead can each get messaging tuned to how they arrived, automatically. More relevance, less manual sorting.

CRM UI uplift: Kanban, Tabs, and inline tagging

We put real polish into the day-to-day CRM experience:

  • Opportunities Kanban view. Work your pipeline as a drag-and-drop board. See every deal by stage at a glance and move things forward visually.

  • Record detail Tabs view. We had so much great information for each lead, contact, company, and opportunity that the records were getting a little… well, long 😅. Records now organize their detail into clean tabs, so you find what you need without scrolling through a wall of fields.

  • Inline tagging. Add and remove tags right from the record detail view. No dialogs, no detours, just quick chips where you’re already looking. Simple, but still useful!
