Are Web Agents unlimited?
Yes — there is no cap on the number of agents you create. Knowledge base size (web pages and PDFs) is what scales by tier.
Can Individual users use Web Agents?
No. Web Agent creation and Agent Manager require Enhanced or Team. Individual includes scheduling, CRM, research, and your digital business card.
What's the difference between Enhanced and Team?
Same core capabilities. Team adds seats (10 users), higher research/enrichment limits, a larger knowledge base (200 vs 50 web pages), and Zapier integration.
Is Zapier included?
Zapier integration is included on Team, Professional, and Enterprise. Individual and Enhanced do not include Zapier.
Is Outlook included?
Yes. Outlook integration is included on every plan.
Do limits reset monthly?
Lead research and enrichment allowances reset each billing cycle. Knowledge base page and PDF limits are per workspace (not monthly).
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Overage options may be available for research, enrichment, and extra seats — confirm current overage pricing with sales or in-app billing settings.
